Brittany 2012 : Brittany 12_04 : Super Lockdown

After café, we went on a leisurely tour of Port Louis not yet visited by my camera. It turns out that there is a single German bunker inside the walled part of the town. It is a small bunker and not meant as a defensive position. It has no openings but this heavily armored door. Could it be where they stored the army pay and loot? I never did find out.

Let's hope it was not reserved for the Resistance

Was it intended to keep people IN, or OUT?

Interesting that the door has two halves, like a Dutch door. That implies functionality of some sort. Plus the peep hole that you could stick a rifle through. Very odd, I agree.
