The cold finally got to me. I left it to the media to cover whatever was planned for Parliament Hill. I retreated to the Lord Elgin Hotel, grabbed a hot chocolate and fought off the effects of hypothermia in front of this cheerful fire. I heard later that 25,000 people had participated in the march. Excellent!
